Our Story
The inspiration for bringing this juicer into your kitchen began somewhere between long flights, seaside breakfasts, and the simple joy of fresh-squeezed juice.
When I travel, I never miss breakfast even at the sacrifice of sleeping in. After all, breakfast is more exciting in another part of the world. From a sun-drenched patio in Capri to a cafe perched along the cliffs of Miraflores, overlooking the ocean and watching the waves roll in, a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice always finds its way to my table. It’s more than just juice, it’s a moment of pause, a reminder of how good simple things can be.
Back home in Toronto, I realized how much I missed that ritual. The calm of slowly pressing each orange by hand , the scent of citrus in the air, the quiet before the day begins. I wanted to bring that feeling home, to share that simplicity and joy with others.
This juicer wasn’t invented by Citrino, but it embodies what we love most about those mornings abroad: the beauty of slowing down. It asks for your time, your touch, and in return, gives you something real, a small reminder that the best things in life are often the simplest.
