1. Shipping Within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA)
We offer included (free) local delivery for all orders within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).- Delivery is available to addresses located within the GTA, including but not limited to Toronto, Richmond Hill, Vaughan, Markham, and surrounding areas. - Orders will be delivered within 5 business days unless otherwise specified. - Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. We reserve the right to determine whether an address falls within our eligible GTA delivery zone.
2. Pickup Option
Customers may choose to pick up their order instead of delivery.- Pickup is available at: To Be Arranged - You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup. - Valid identification and proof of purchase may be required at the time of pickup. - Orders must be picked up within 5 days of notification unless prior arrangements are made.
3. Shipping Outside the GTA For orders outside the GTA:
- Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout or communicated prior to order confirmation. - Delivery times will vary depending on the destination and carrier.
4. Third-Party Delivery Services
In some cases, we may use third-party delivery providers to fulfill shipments.- Once an order has been transferred to a third-party delivery service, 101382879 ONTARIO INC. is not responsible or liable for any loss, theft, delay, or damage to the package during transit. - Any claims for lost or damaged packages shipped via third-party carriers must be made directly with the delivery provider. - We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with submitting claims but do not guarantee outcomes.

Delivery Conditions- Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. - We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. - If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability, additional fees may apply for re-delivery.
6. Risk of Loss
Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon:- Successful delivery to the provided address, - Transfer of the order to a third-party delivery service, or - Pickup of the order by the customer or their designated representative.
7. Delays & Liability
